Guardians of the Constitution: The Function and Influence of Constitutional Courts in Ensuring Constitutionality and Protecting Human Rights
Jelena Trajkovska-Hristovska, born in Skopje on 09.29.1980, where she finished primary and secondary education. She graduated at the Law Faculty “Justinianus Primus” in Skopje on 29.09.2004, with average grade 9.78/ 10.00. Graduated first in class. Winner of the Golden Plaque “Justinian I” on 12.2005. In February 2009 she obtained scientific degree of Master of Legal Studies specializing constitutional law (parliamentary law) on “Legislative Procedure – Comparative Review of the Basic Models”. In May 2009 she reported a thesis entitled, Control of the Constitutionality and Legality of Legal Acts by Constitutional Courts” at the Faculty, Iustinianus Primus ” in Skopje. On 15.11.2013, she obtained the title PhD in legal Sciences-Constitutional law.
Works as Full Professor at the Department of Constitutional Law and Political system, Faculty of Law, Iustinianus Primus” Skopje. She has published three books in the field of constitutional law, political system and constitutional justice and presented and published more than 70 papers in her field of study and research. Member of numerous national and international scientific and research projects. Fields of expertise: constitutional law, political system, human rights, parliamentary law, constitutional justice, constitutionalism.

His current research is focused on development of the Ukrainian wordnet, he is also interested in terminology, phonetics, semantics and other areas of applied linguistics.

Prof. Renata Relja received her Ph.D. in Sociology at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb, Croatia. She has experience in scientific research, educational policies, and mentorship. She has published over seventy scientific articles and five books and presented more than sixty papers at international scientific and professional conferences on various social topics. Expert areas: sociology of work, ethnographic research, sociology of entertainment, sociology of tourism, and sociology of youth. High expertise in academic publishing and high education activities. Sara Pinto-Bastos is a PhD student at Vigo University, in collaboration with the Centre for Intercultural Studies of ISCAP. With a master’s degree on Intercultural Studies for Business, her work focuses on social development through the art. Sara works in the field of culture in Porto, Portugal and her areas of interest englobe Creativity, Social Innovation, Interculturality and Street Art.
Asst. Prof. Gizem Yakupoğlu
Gizem Yakupoğlu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design at Atilim University. She obtained her Ph.D. in the History of Architecture program at METU, where she explored architectural history narratives as representations of the past, with a particular focus on modern architecture in Turkey. Her research centers on the representational aspects of architecture, questioning how diverse concepts are represented through architectural works across different mediums.

Radek Pileček is a PhD candidate in the field of Regional and Political Geography at the Faculty of Science, Charles University. In his research, he focuses on spatial patterns of electoral behaviour, voter decision-making process and the possibility of connecting electoral geography with political marketing. Outside the academic environment, he works as a public opinion and market research analyst.

Mr. Francis Ankyiah
Francis Ankyiah teaches Painting, Drawing, History of Art, and Digital Animation as a Lecturer in the Department of Art Education at Winneba, Ghana. He earned his MFA in Sculpture and Painting from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana. Ankyiah’s research focuses on popular culture and the representation of identity, exploring how different concepts are portrayed through blackness and colonization across various mediums.

Mihaela Aghenitei is a PhD Lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Administrative Sciences at the University of the “Lower Danube” and participates in a grant funded from the funds of the research project carried out by the University “Lower Danube” from Galati. She is an associate researcher at the Institute of Legal Research – Romanian Academy and a member of ELI and ESIL. She has published 81 articles indexed in national and international databases and 5 specialized books in criminal law.
Mr. Serafeim A. Triantafyllou
Serafeim A. Triantafyllou has worked as a Computer Science Teacher in schools of Secondary Education of Greek Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs. He holds a BSc in Applied Informatics, an MSc degree in Continuing Education and a Master Degree of Education in Special Education. He taught in School of Pedagogical and Technological Education (ASPETE), Annex of Thessaloniki (Greece) for the academic years 2017-2018 and 2018-2019. Serafeim is also author of computer science and pedagogy books.

John Megson is an Adjunct Professor in Political Science at Millikin University, Decatur, Illinois, USA, as well as Lecturer in Political Science at Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana. He earned his PhD in Political Science from Purdue with a major in American Politics and dual minors in International Relations and Comparative Politics. The application of game theory to issues pertaining to foreign policy and diplomatic relations is one of his areas of research interest.
