He is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, Multimedia University, Malaysia. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws in International Sports Law from Anglia Ruskin University, United Kingdom. In 2018, he was conferred the degree of Doctor of Philosophy by Multimedia University, Malaysia. His research and teaching specialisations are in Public International Law, Jurisprudence, and Sports Law. He has authored and co-authored numerous articles published in nationally and internationally refereed journals and has delivered scholarly papers at academic conferences worldwide. Through his active engagement with academic societies and professional bodies, coupled with his contributions to the field, Dr. Jacobs has attained recognition from subject experts at both national and international levels
