For the last 13 years Dr Kari Stunell has been a tenured lecturer at the Université de Bordeaux, working in teacher education with postgraduate students engaged in initial teacher education, or with education professionals pursuing research as part of their continual professional development. She teaches language teaching pedagogy and didactics. Her research centres on the interaction between language, culture and identity and the impacts of this on learning.
